The Friends of the Dickens Project's fundraising auction is a community-building event to celebrate the work of the Dickens Project. All proceeds will support the activities of the Dickens Project, including high school and community college scholarships and travel grants.
This sale offers books, porcelain, and other Dickensian and Harper collectibles in 11 lots. The sale opens with a ceramic lidded box from the Dickens Project's collection. It's followed by a selection of wooden, ceramic, and composite busts and figurines, ceramic plates, and a toby mug. Finally, the sale includes a 19th-century photograph of Charles Dickens and an 1850 first edition of David Copperfield, bound from parts.
