Bring the magic of Dickens to your classroom!

Host a Dickens Day of Writing!
Hosting your own Dickens Day of Writing benefits your students in different ways. During this retreat, they are practicing critical reading skills, analytical reasoning, argumentative writing, creative production, and cultural history that will prepare them for life beyond high school.
Join the NEH Summer Conference
Our summer NEH programs invite teachers into sustained study of major texts and ideas in the humanities, encouraging reading, discussion, writing, and reflection. The goal is to expand knowledge and deepen engagement with scholarship beyond the classroom curriculum.
